视神经炎(opticneuritis,ON)指能够阻碍视神经传导功能,引起视功能一系列改变的视神经病变。其治疗以药物治疗为主,且大多采用以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗方案,我们对目前已经应用于眼科临床的药物,包括糖皮质激素、抗病毒药物及其它药物的治疗现状作一综述。

Optic neuritis(ON) is a kind of optic neuropathy which can obstruct the conduction of optic nerve and result in a series of changes in visual functions. The main treatment of the ON is the medication,especially, the application of glucocorticosteroid in a combined therapy. The present paper summarized the recent advance of medicines which had been used in ophthalmologic clinic, including glucocorticosteroid, antiviral drugs and other medicines.
