目的:通过对武警人员眼外伤资料的回顾分析,探讨其救治方法与意义。方法:对198例眼外伤住院武警人员的性别、年龄、受伤类型、致伤原因、并发症、治疗方法等进行分析总结。结果:详细全面询问病史并作眼部检查,对眼外伤作出明确诊断后,针对不同眼外伤类型给予不同治疗方法,并结合心理干预取得较好治疗效果。结论:眼外伤是武警人员单眼失明的主要原因之一,及时治疗及采取相应的预防措施具有重要意义。

·AIM:To evaluate the methods and significance of treatment through the clinical analysis of armed police officers with ocular trauma.·METHODS:The gender,age,type,causes of trauma,complications and treatment methods of 198 armed police officers with ocular trauma were analyzed.·RESULTS:Taking history and ocular examination in detail,making a definite diagnosis,offering different treatments according to different traumatic types,combined with psychological intervention,and then better therapeutic efficacy was achieved.·CONCLUSION:Ocular trauma is the main cause of monocular blindness in armed polices officers,and it’s important to treat in time and take precautions.·
