高眼压是眼科临床常见的问题,相当部分的高眼压的后期往往造成不可逆的视野损害,而成为临床青光眼。虽然视野检测是评价青光眼损伤的金标准,但其属主观检测,因而检测结果往往会受到主观因素的影响,寻找较为敏感和客观的早期诊断指标已成为其防治的关键。近年来视觉电生理技术的飞速发展为青光眼的早期诊断提供了新的参考思路。我们就视觉电生理技术对青光眼的检测及应用进行综述。

Intraocular hypertension is a frequent problem in the ophthalmology clinic. It usually develops as glaucoma and causes irreversible damage to vision. Though the test of visual field is the gold standard in glaucoma,but it is often affected by the subjective factors. The visual electrophysiological examination offers a new method for early diagnosis of glaucoma.
