Lacrimal diseases are a series of common diseases in ophthalmology. Technique for lacrimal system intubation has been broadly applied in treating all kinds of lacrimal diseases, especially for lacrimal duct obstruction diseases. The instruments and equipments, backstop materials, combination treatment, complications and sequelae were reviewed in this paper.
