随着像差理论在LASIK中的应用,高阶像差也成为研究视觉质量中的热点问题,人们试图通过个体化手术部分矫正高阶像差,提高视觉质量。同时通过对比敏感度检查评估术后视觉质量在临床中也得到广泛应用。我们对高阶像差及对比敏感度在LASIK中的应用作一综述。

High order aberrations have been a hot issue in the study of vision quality with the application of aberraions theory in LASIK.People want to correct high order aberrations partly through custommed surgery to improve vision quality.At the same time,assessment of contrast sensitivity as an aspect of postoperative vision quality has been widely used.We reviewed the application of high order aberrations and contrast sensitivity function in LASIK.
