近年来角膜屈光手术——准分子激光手术在儿童中的研究显示出某些特定的优势。但是这类手术的适应证、安全性、有效性、稳定性和预测性仍存在着极大争议。我们综合这几年相关文献进行概括、讨论儿童角膜屈光手术在应用方面一些值得关注的问题,明确儿童角膜屈光手术的应用前景,为今后开展这类手术提供一定的启示。

·In recent years,several studies of corneal refractive surgery——laser assisted surgery in children have shown some specific advantages.However,the indications,safety,efficacy,stability and predictability of laser assist-ed refractive surgery remain considerable controversies.This article reviewed current related literatures to sum-marize and discuss some challenges on the application of pediatric refractive surgery,make clear the application perspective so as to provide certain inspirations.·
