目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对47例52眼翼状胬肉实施翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,观察术后角膜上皮修复及翼状胬肉复发情况。结果:随访观察3mo以上,1眼复发(2%),角膜上皮恢复时间为2～3d。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效可靠。

·AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.·METHODS:Totally 52 eyes of 47 cases underwent pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.The general situation of recovery of corneal epithelium and the recurrence of pterygium were observed after surgery.·RESULTS:All cases were followed up for 3 months,one eye recurred(recurrent rate was 2%)and corneal epithelium were recovered within 2-3 days.·RESULTS:Pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation has fairly good effect in the treatment of pterygium.·
