目的:探讨开放性眼外伤一期救治技术在基层医院眼科应用。方法:对45例45眼开放性眼外伤依据损伤的部位、程度不同,采取相应的麻醉、缝合技术予以清创缝合,为二期手术创造良好的基础。结果:术后视力在0.08以上的41眼,视力无光感4眼。结论:正确掌握开放性眼外伤一期救治技术,及时处理术中术后并发症,对于伤眼的恢复和二期手术治疗至关重要。

·AIM:To explore the treatment technology of open eye injury in the primary hospital ophthalmology.·METHODS:According to injury site and degrees,debridement techniques were used in the 45 cases 45 eyes of open eye injuries with appropriate anesthetic and similiar suture,which create a good foundation for the second phase of the operation.·RESULTS:The postoperative visual acuity of 0.08 or above was in 41 eyes while no light perception in 4 eyes.·CONCLUSION:Treatment of open eye injury properly and control of postoperative complications timely play the key role in recovery of the injured eye and second surgery.·
