传统的硅油对复杂性视网膜脱离和/或合并PVR的治疗效果不满意,重硅油应运而生。我们通过对重硅油理化性质的介绍,及由此而导致的优缺点;临床应用进展及相关并发症的总结,对将来重硅油的应用前景做一综述。

The treatment effect was not satisfactory for patient wiht the complexity detached retina using traditional silicone oil in the operation. So the heavy silicone oil was produced. We introduce the physicochemical property of the heavy silicone oil,the advantage and disadvantage,and the clinical application advances and complications,and we prospect that the heavy silicone oil couble be extensivly used in the future.
