肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)是新发现的TNF超家族成员,与其受体结合后可特异性地诱导多种肿瘤细胞、转化细胞或病毒感染细胞凋亡,而对正常细胞几乎无毒性,现已受到人们的广泛关注。眼科肿瘤治疗一直是眼科界的难题。我们就TRAIL及其受体的结构功能、作用机制及其在眼肿瘤治疗中的应用进行综述。

Tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a new member of TNF superfamily. TRAIL preferentially induces apoptosis in tumor cells,trans-formed or virus-infected cells,but not in normal cells,thus it has greatly spurred our attention. Eye tumor therapy has always been the challenge to ophthalmo-logists. This review introduces TRAIL and its receptors’ structures and functions,the mechanism of inducing apoptosis and the applications in eye tumors therapy.
