非甾体类抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)在白内障手术中的应用越来越广泛。它们可以有效防止白内障术中瞳孔缩小,抑制白内障术后眼前段炎症反应,并对白内障术后视力低下的主要原因之一黄斑囊样水肿有预防和治疗的作用等。我们主要就以上几方面对国内外相关研究作一综述。

·Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)are increasingly employed in cataract surgery to reduce miosis and inflammation,prevent and treat cystoid macular edema associated with cataract surgery.We provide an updated review on the current uses of NSAIDs in these fields mentioned above.·
