目的:探讨在基层医院开展小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术的意义。方法:对247例硬核性白内障进行囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术治疗。结果:术后1,7,14d,视力达0.5以上的分别占72.9%,89.9%,98.4%。结论:在基层医院设备简陋的条件下开展小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术具有切口小、恢复快、散光小、术后视力恢复理想、手术时间短的特点,而且经济适用。

·AIM:To investigate the significance of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE)and intraocular lens implantation for patients with cataract in the primary hospital.·METHODS:Totally 247 patients with hard nuclear cataract underwent ECCE and intraocular lens implantation surgery.·RESULTS:On postoperative day 1,7 and 14,patients with visual acuity above 0.5 accounted for 72.9%,89.9%,98.4%.·CONCLUSION:There are some advantages in this surgery,including small incision,quicker recovery,small astigmatism,ideal postoperative vision,short operation time,and affordable under inadequate facilities in the primary hospital.·
