目的:讨论外伤致泪小管断裂I期吻合术的时机选择,手术方式及术后泪道功能重建效果。方法:回顾性分析2006-03/2007-06在我院行泪小管断裂I期吻合的17例患者,选用AS-E型硬膜外麻醉导管(内径约0.5mm)作支撑,断端吻合的手术方法并观察术后效果。结果:手术后随访4～16mo,泪道通畅8例(47%),泪道狭窄5例(29%),泪道阻塞4例(24%)。结论:以AS-E型硬膜外麻醉导管作支撑,行泪小管断端I期吻合,可有效重建泪道引流功能。

·AIM:To discuss interruption time point,surgical method and the functional effect of injury-caused lacrimal canaliculus break after stage I reconnection surgery.·METHODS:Totally 17 patients with broken lacrimal canaliculi from March 2006 to June 2007 were connected by holding AS-E plastic duct(inner dianmeter 0.5mm),and the surgical procedure and side-effects were analyzed.·RESULTS:Following-up 4-16 months,8 cases(47%)with the lacrimal canaliculi reopened,5 cases(29.5%)developed lacrimal canaliculi narrow,but 4 cases(23.5%)occurred the closed lacrimal canaliculi.·CONCLUSION:With the aid of AS-E plastic duct,the stage I lacrimal canaliculum reconnection surgery is effective for the lacrimal passage reopenning.·
