目的:探讨采用自体角巩膜板层转位治疗角膜穿孔的效果。方法:对6例6眼角膜穿孔实施自体角巩膜板层转位术,对术后移植瓣存活情况、前房、眼压、视力等进行观测。结果:所选6眼中有5眼转位的角巩膜瓣在术后6mo存活良好,1眼眼压低,最后眼球萎缩。结论:在角膜材料缺乏时,自体角巩膜板层转位是治疗角膜穿孔的好方法。

AIM:To explore the theraeutpic effect of autologous lamellar corneoscleral transposition for corneal perforation.·METHODS:Totally 6 patients with corneal perforation underwent autologous lamellar corneoscleral transposition.The survival condition of transplant,anterior chamber,intraocular pressure,vision were observed postoperatively.·RESULTS:Survival corneoscleral transplant were in 5 eyes at 6 months after surgery,and low intraocular pressure and eyeball atrophy were in 1 eye.·CONCLUSION:Autologous lamellar corneoscleral transposition is a good method to treat corneal perforation.
