近视是眼科发病率最高的疾病,但目前对近视发病机制的了解仍然有限。近年来研究发现生长因子在控制眼球大小导致近视发生中起着重要作用,多种生长因子参与眼球的主动生长和重新塑形,与近视的发生发展密切相关。我们就近年来与近视相关的生长因子的研究进行综述,为进一步探讨近视的发病机制提供理论参考。

Myopia is the most common disorder of eyes,but its pathogenesis remains unclear.Recently,some researches have indicated that several growth factors play an important role in the remodeling of eyes and have significant correlation with myopia.This review summarizes the relationship between growth factors and myopia,which will provide the theoretical basis for the further experimental research of myopia.
