目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼80例80眼临床资料。结果:术后最佳矫正视力较术前显著提高;患者术后眼压显著下降(P<0.01);房角粘连关闭象限均有不同程度开放。结论:白内障超声乳化及前房分离治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障具有安全、降眼压确切、增进视力和开放房角的效果。

AIM:To investigate the clinical results of phacoem-ulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation combined with goniosychialysis for acute angle-closure glaucoma.METHODS:Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with goniosychialysis was performed in 80 cases 80 eyes diagnosed with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract under high intraocular pressure(IOP).Followed-up for 6 months to 2 years postoperatively,the vision and complications were observed.RESULTS:The visual acuity of all cases was improved.The IOP remained normal in all eyes in 1 week postoperatively.CONCLUSION:The phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with goniosychialysis in the management of acute angle-closure glaucoma is safe and efficient.
