目的:观察角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果,探讨如何降低翼状胬肉术后的复发率。方法:患者112例112眼行角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果:术后随访观察6mo～2a,术后有3眼复发,复发率为2.7%。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,复发率较低,手术简单易行,费用低,尤其针对基层医院比较适合,是目前较理想的手术方法。

AIM:To observe the clinical effect of corneal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium,and discuss how to reduce the recurrence after operation.METHODS:Corneal stem cell transplantation was performed for 112 eyes of 112 cases.RESULTS:Patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,recurrence rate was 2.7%.CONCLUSION:Corneal stem cell transplantation,an ideal technique,can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium.
