目的:探讨眼肌麻痹的病因和临床特点。方法:对眼科收治的60例眼肌麻痹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:眼肌麻痹患者60例中,血管病性27例(45%),外伤性15例(25%),其它原因者13例(22%),原因不明5例(8%)。结论:眼肌麻痹病因复杂,根据发病年龄、起病方式、伴随症状等临床表现,同时完善相关检查,多数眼肌麻痹不难诊断。

AIM:To study the causes and clinical features of ophthalmoplegia.METHODS:The retrospective analysis of 60 cases with ophthalmoplegia had been done.RESULTS:Of the 60 cases,27 cases(45%) were vascular resistance,15 cases(25%) were traumatic,13 cases(22%) were other causes and the causes of the rest 5 cases(8%) were not known.CONCLUSION:The causes of opthtalmoplegia are complex.The diagnosis of most ophthalmoplegia is easy by the age and mode onset and associated symptoms,at the same time relevant checks.
