葡萄膜炎是一种常见的眼科疾病,近年来越来越多的研究证实免疫学机制在其发病中占到重要作用。CD4+CD25+调节T细胞是调节性T细胞的重要亚群之一,对维持机体正常免疫耐受具有重要作用,它的数量与功能变化和许多与免疫相关疾病的发生、发展有关。现就CD4+CD25+调节T细胞与葡萄膜炎的研究进展作一综述。

·Uveitis is a clinically common disease.In recent years,there are more and more evidences proving that uveitis is organ-specific antoimmune disease.CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(Treg)are one of many subpopulations of T cells with regulatory properties.They play a crucial role in keeping immune homeostasis,which can prevent the development of autoimmune diseases and keep self-tolerance.This article reviews the advances on relationship between CD4+CD25+Treg and uveitis.
