本文结合西安市眼库实际工作经验,针对我国眼库的建设与发展提出观点。认为眼库工作除了在重视立法、宣传、标准性、安全性等问题的同时,还应在独立性、统一性和社会性三方面加强。独立性指眼库的机构设置、人员编制、资金管理应具有独立性。统一性指应加强中华眼库协会作用,统一全国眼库的操作模式。社会性指眼库同社会各界加强合作,加强眼库社会学理论的研究。再次呼吁政府和社会关注眼库的建设,支持眼库的发展。

·Combined with the practical working experience in Xi’an Eye Bank,the article presents the viewpoint on construction and development of eye bank.It considers that independence,uniformity and sociality should be enforced besides paying great attention to legislation,publicity and safety of eye bank.Independence refers to eye bank organization structuring,staffing,fund management.Uniformity means the operating mode should be unified and directed by China Eye Bank Association.And sociality stands for enforcing the cooperation with various sections of society and research of eye bank sociological theory.In the end the author calls for concern of the eye bank construction and support to the development of eye bank from the government and society.
