目的:探讨个性化护理管理在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用。方法:回顾2007-02/2010-08我院治疗的白内障患者482例,其中241例患者采取手术室和手术后的一般护理,其余241例患者采用个性化护理管理,在患者出院后,进行患者对手术室的个性化护理方式的满意度等调查。结果:观察组的白内障手术患者对个性化护理的满意度为98.8%,对照组白内障手术患者患者对一般护理的满意度为89.6%。结论:采取个性化护理管理对眼科白内障手术患者的治疗有良好的临床效果。

·AIM:To investigate the personalized care management in the eyes of cataract surgery patients.·METHODS:Form February 2007 to August 2010,482 cataract patients were treated in our hospital,of which 241 cases were taken to the operating room and general care after surgery,and the remaining 241 patients were treated with personalized care management.After discharge,statistics of satisfaction survey for personalized patient care in operating room was taken.·RESULTS:In the observation group,patient satisfaction rate with personalized care was 98.8%;in the control group,patient satisfaction rate with general care was 89.6%.·CONCLUSION:The personalized nursing management has good clinical effects on cataract surgery treatment.·
