目的:观察曲伏前列腺素对残余青光眼的降眼压效果。方法:对12例14眼残余青光眼患者(21mmHg≤眼压≤30mmHg)滴用曲伏前列腺素滴眼液,每晚1次,共观察3mo,记录用药前、用药后1wk;1,2,3mo的眼压。结果:所有患者用药后降眼压效果明显,3mo内平均降眼压幅度在37.69%～38.44%之间。结论:曲伏前列腺素可以作为残余青光眼眼压不甚高的患者的首选降眼压药物。

AIM:To evaluate the intraocular pressure(IOP) lowering efficacy of travoprost eye drops on the remnant glaucoma.METHODS:Totally 12 glaucoma patients(14 eyes) diagnosed as remnant glaucoma(21mmHg≤IOP≤30mmHg) were given travoprost eye drops once every night.The observing duration was 3 months.The IOP before and after the administration of the eye drops were observed.RESULTS:The IOP lowering efficacy was obvious in all cases.The average IOP lowering ranged between 37.69% and 38.44% in the 3 months.CONCLUSION:Travoprost can be used as the first choice for the treatment of the remnant glaucoma(21mmHg≤IOP≤30mmHg).
