目的:评价改良缝线法治疗儿童特发性下眼睑内翻倒睫的效果。方法:应用改良缝线法治疗儿童特发性下眼睑内翻倒睫。结果:本组72例中治愈43例,好转25例,失败4例。总有效率94%。结论:缝线法对于儿童特发性下眼睑内翻倒睫具有良好的手术疗效,且手术操作简单,损伤小。

AIM:To evaluate the effect of improved suture correction of idiopathic lower eyelid entropion trichiasis in children.METHODS:Improved suture treatment was applied for idiopathic lower eyelid entropion trichiasis in children.RESULTS:Of all the 72 cases,43 cases were cured,25 cases improved,4 cases failed.The total effective rate was 94%.CONCLUSION:Improved suture treatmenthas a good effect,simple operation and less damage for idiopathic lower eyelid entropion trichiasis in children.
