透明质酸钠已被广泛用于医学的多个领域，其新的用途不断被发现，在青光眼的治疗过程中也有重要的作用。我们就国内外透明质酸在小梁切除术、非穿透性小梁切除术、浅前房成形术及抗青光眼药物等方面的使用方法、效果和并发症等做一综述。

Sodium hyaluronate has been extensively used in medical fields, its new uses have been found and play an important role in glaucoma treatment process. We summarize its usage, results, complications in trabeculectomy, non-penetrating trabeculectomy, shallow anterior chamber plasty and antiglaucoma drugs.
