角膜厚度（corneal thickness）是重要的眼球结构参数，特别是1980年代以来，伴随着角膜屈光手术在临床的广泛开展，角膜厚度的测量受到普遍重视，许多新的测量方法和仪器开始在研究及临床中应用，并且不断推陈出新，使得角膜厚度的测量越来越安全、精准、舒适。我们就目前临床上常用的几种测量方法及进展作一综述。

Corneal thickness is an important structural parameters of eye．Since 1980,with the increasing popularity of refractive surgery,corneal thickness measurement has received wide attention.Ｍany new measurement methods and instruments began their research and clinical applications. Corneal thickness measurements become more precise,comfortable and safe.In this review，the different techniques and methods of measurement and their advances are briefly presented．
