目的：观察小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶对复发性翼状胬肉术后角膜切口修复的应用疗效。 方法：将68例68眼行复发性翼状胬肉术后发生角膜切口水肿的患者随机分为2组,每组34例。对照组常规应用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液加抗生素滴眼液同时加用贝复舒滴眼液交替点眼,4次/d。治疗组除每日应用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液加抗生素滴眼液交替点眼外,使用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶,4次/d,疗程1mo,于用药前和用药后3，7，14d；1mo分别对患者主觉症状、体征、角膜切口修复情况进行对比分析。 结果：复发性翼状胬肉术后3，7，14d,治疗组角膜切口水肿较对照组明显消退,切口修复较快,主觉症状在短时间消退,术后1mo,两组无显著性差异。 结论：小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶对复发性翼状胬肉术后角膜切口的早期修复起效时间短、舒适度好、安全性良好, 对减少术后感染性角膜病的发生及术后角膜散光有良好的作用。

AIM:To observe the application efficacy of deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel for postoperative recurrent pterygium corneal incision repair. METHODS:Totally 68 cases(68 eyes) of postoperative recurrent pterygium corneal incision edema were randomly divided into 2 groups with 34 cases(34 eyes) in each group. The control group used routine diclofenac sodium eye drops plus antibiotics eye drops and simultaneous bFGF eye drops alternately, four times a day. The treatment group used deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel 4 times a day in addition to the daily alternate application of diclofenac sodium eye drops plus antibiotics eye drops. The course of treatment was 1 month. Contrast analysis was conducted on the subjective symptoms, signs, and repair of corneal incision in patients before and 3, 7, 14days, 1 month after treatment respectively. RESULTS:About 3, 7, 14days after recurrent pterygium surgery, corneal incision edema weakened more significantly, incision repaired faster, and subjective symptoms subsided in a shorter time in treatment group than in control group. 1 month after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION:Deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel has a shorter onset time, better comfort and safety for the early repair of postoperative recurrent pterygium corneal incision, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative infectious keratopathy and postoperative corneal astigmatism with good effect.
