目的：观察复方血栓通胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。 方法：对39例已确诊为视网膜静脉阻塞的患者给予口服复方血栓通胶囊3粒/次，3次/d，服用30~90d。根据视力恢复情况、视网膜出血吸收、黄斑水肿吸收情况等眼底变化以及自觉症状有无改善进行观察。 结果：患者39例中：显效12例（31%）、有效21例（54%）、无效6例（15%），总有效33例（85%）。治疗中未发现毒副作用。 结论：复方血栓通胶囊是治疗视网膜静脉阻塞安全有效的药物。

AIM:To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of retinal vein occlusion with compound xueshuantong capsule. METHODS:Thirty-nine patients diagnosed with retinal vein occlusion were treated with compound xueshuantong capsule.Patients were given 3 capsules each time,three times a day orally,taking 30~90 days.Observation was conducted according to the recovery of visual acuity, absorption of retinal bleeding and macular edema and whether the symptoms improved or not. RESULTS:Treatment was markedly effective in 12 cases(31%),effective in 21 cases(54%),invalid in 6 cases(15%) and total effective in 33 cases (85%). The treatment was found no toxic and side effects. CONCLUSION:Compound xueshuantong capsule is a safe and effective drug for treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
