目的:总结后房型人工晶状体植入矫正高度近视患者实施全程护理的护理经验。方法:将全程护理模式应用于后房型人工晶状体植入矫正高度近视手术患者的护理中,包括入院前、住院中、出院后3个既各自独立、又相互衔接的模块,将心理护理、健康教育、一般及专科护理贯穿全程。结果:手术患者82例163眼术后视力得到良好地矫正,无严重并发症发生,在术后随访期内均获得了满意的治疗效果。结论:将全程护理模式应用于后房型人工晶状体植入矫正高度近视手术患者的护理中,提供全面、全员、全程的人性化护理服务,是确保手术成功的重要部分。

AIM:To summarize the nursing experience of posterior intraocular lens implantation for the correction of high myopia.METHODS:The whole nursing model was applied inposterior intraocular lens implantation for the correction of high myopia, including before, during and after hospitalization. Mental nursing, health education, general and opthalmologic nursing were carried out through the whole course.RESULTS:All 82 cases(163 eyes) got good vision without serious complications, and maintainedsatisfactory therapeutic effect during follow-up.CONCLUSION:The whole nursing model in posterior intraocular lens implantation for the correction of high myopia, providing comprehensive, whole staff, whole course humanistic nursing is very important for the success of surgery.
