[摘要]
目的：对表面麻醉小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化进行临床疗效比较。
方法：患者随机分为两组，A组166例172眼和B组175例180眼分别施行表面麻醉非超乳小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术与超乳白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术。
结果：两组患者间术后视力和角膜散光比较，差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组术中、术后并发症发生率比较，差异亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
结论：小切口白内障囊外摘除是一个安全有效的手术，值得临床中广泛推广。

[Abstract]
AIM: To compare the clinical results of cataract extraction with small incision non-phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification for cataract.
METHODS: Patients were divided into two groups randomly, with 172 eyes of 166 cases in group A and 180 eyes of 175 cases group B, topical anesthesia cataract extraction with small incision non-phacoemulsification or phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed in the two groups, respectively.
RESULTS: There was no significant difference in postoperative visual acuity and corneal astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05), and no significant difference in the postoperative complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).
CONCLUSION: Cataract extraction with small incision is a feasible, effective and recommendable approach for cataract surgery.
