更昔洛韦(ganciclovir， GCV)是抗单纯疱疹病毒和巨细胞病毒感染的有效药物。眼科在治疗病毒性视网膜炎时全身使用更昔洛韦，最大的问题是它在眼部药物浓度低，而全身毒副作用大。玻璃体内注射这一给药途径有望成为更昔洛治疗病毒性视网膜炎的有效方法，我们对此进行综述。

Ganciclovir(GCV)is an effective agent against ocular herpes simplex virus(HSV)and human cytomegalic inclusion disease virus(CMV)infection. The main obstacle to its ophthalmic dosage forms is its low ocular bioavailability, especially its poor vitreous availability. Intravitreal injection of GCV to treat retinitis in order to become a research focus at this stage.
