[摘要]
目的：研究非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy，NAION)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。
方法：采用流式细胞仪单克隆免疫荧光法，观察30例NAION患者CD3+，CD4+，CD8+，CD4+/CD8+和NK的变化，并与正常对照组比较。
结果：NAION组CD3+和CD4+/CD8+值无统计学差异(P>0.05)，CD4+和CD8+减少，NK明显增加。
结论：NAION患者T淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱。

[Abstract]
AIM: To study the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte and natural kill(NK)cell in patients with nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION).
METHODS: The changes of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+, NK in 30 NAION and 31 normal controls were measured by flow cytometry monoclonal immunofluorescence.
RESULTS: CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio in NAION patients had no significant difference from normal control, CD4+, CD8+ decreased significantly.
CONCLUSION: Serious immunological disturbances of T lymphocyte subsets exist in NAION patients.
