方法：回顾性研究， 收集我院2010-01/2012-12诊断为急性闭角型青光眼115例115眼患者，分为观察组和对照组，其中45例45眼行前房穿刺术减压后再行小梁切除术治疗，列为观察组，70例70眼行药物减压后，再行小梁切除术治疗，列为对照组，比较两组患者治疗效果。术后观察视力、眼压、并发症等。

结果：两组患者治疗前后眼压的差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)； 所有眼术后视力均有所提高，术后观察组视力恢复较对照组好，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论：采取前房穿刺术联合小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼疗效好。

METHODS: A retrospective study was done. Totally 115 cases(115 eyes)diagnosed with acute angle-closure glaucoma were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group(n=45, 45 eyes)was given trabeculectomy after anterior chamber paracentesis while control group(n=70, 70 eyes)was received trabeculectomy after drugs decompression. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.

RESULTS: The postoperative vision recovery, anterior chamber angle and complications of observation group were better than that of control group, and the incidence of complications was less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).

CONCLUSION: Trabeculectomy combined with anterior chamberparacentesis is a simple therapy with fewer complications, which is worth to actively promoting in clinical.
