方法：选取持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼(40～77)mmHg患者39例39眼作为观察组和眼压小于40mmHg的原发性闭角型青光眼患者30例30眼作为对照组，比较两组手术成功率、随访12mo的远视力、周围前房深度、眼压及滤过泡形成情况。

结果：两组手术治疗有效率(89.7% vs 86.7%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)； 两组患者远视力、周围前房深度、眼压及滤过泡形成情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

结论：对于持续性高眼压原发性闭角型青光眼患者行小梁切除术治疗疗效安全可靠，可减轻患者视神经的进一步损害，有效改善患者的视功能，具有较好的临床应用价值。

METHODS:A total of 39 primary angle-closure glaucoma patients(39 eyes)with persistent high intraocular pressure(40-77mmHg)were seclected for the observation group and another 30 patients(30 eyes)with intraocular pressure less than 40mmHg were chosen as the control group. And the success rate of surgery, distance vision, peripheral anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure and bleb formation during 12mo follow-up in two groups were compared.

RESULTS:There were no statistically significant differences in terms of the success rate of surgery between the two groups(89.7% vs 86.7%)(P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the distance vision, peripheral anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure and bleb formation between the two groups(P>0.05).

CONCLUSION:The trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure is safe and reliable treatment, which can reduce further damage to the optic nerve of patients and improve the visual function in patients and has a good clinical value of application.
