年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)是50岁以上的人视力不可逆性损害的主要原因之一,遗传因素在AMD的发生、发展中起重要的作用。近年来研究发现,补体因子H(complement factor H,CFH)基因与AMD的发生有明显的相关性,现就补体因子H在老年黄斑变性中的研究进展进行综述。

Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is one of the main leading causes of irreversible damage eyesight over the 50 years old people. Genetic factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of AMD. In recent years, the studies found that complement factor H(CFH)gene has obvious correlation with the incidence of AMD. In this article, we reviewed the researches on the CFH in AMD.
