目的：评价复方樟柳碱注射液联合抗VEGF药物治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的有效性及安全性，并探索联合用药的优势。

方法：选取60例视网膜静脉阻塞患者，随机分为联合组和对照组各30例。对照组实行一次常规抗VEGF注射治疗，联合组在抗VEGF注射治疗同时采用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗，每天注射1支，14d休息2d，再注射14d，共28支。对比两组的治疗效果、有效性及安全性。

结果：对照组、联合组患者在注射前后不同时间点矫正视力比较，差异有统计学意义(F_时间=185.05，P_时间<0.01； F_分组=3.34，P_分组=0.025)，联合治疗后在第30、90d的矫正视力提高程度较对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组和联合组患眼注射前后不同时间点CRT比较，差异有统计学意义(F_时间=286.2，P_时间<0.01； F_分组=12.46，P_分组<0.01)，两组患者的视力及CRT在治疗第15d均无显著差异。

结论：复方樟柳碱联合抗VEGF药物治疗可提高对视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿患者的治疗效果。

METHODS: Sixty patients with retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group. The control group was treated with a conventional anti-VEGF injection. The combined group was treated with compound anisodine and anti-VEGF injection. Treatment of compound anisodine: one injection per day, after 14d of injections pause for 14d, a total of 28 injections. Compare the therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups.

RESULTS:After anti-VEGF combined with compound anisodine and VEGF treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups were significantly increased(F_time=185.05, P_time<0.001; F_group=3.34, P_group=0.025); The CRT of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(F_time=286.2, P_time<0.001; F_group=12.46, P_group<0.001)and there was significantly difference between the control group and the combined group. However, there was no significant difference in visual acuity and CRT between the two groups on the 15^th day of treatment.

CONCLUSION: Compound anisodine combined with anti-VEGF therapy can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with retinal vein occlusion.
