[摘要]
目的:探讨眩光光晕和对比敏感度在不同程度近视青年人群的分布特点及其相关性。
方法:选取2018-03/2019-03于我院就诊的18~39岁近视患者156例156眼,其中高度近视组\〖等效球镜度(SER)>-6.00D\〗49眼,中度近视组(-3.00D结果:高度近视组、中度近视组、低度近视组患者眩光光晕大小(106.27±25.89、103.81±31.41、102.87±32.24arc min)无明显差异(F=0.297,P=0.825),且三组患者各空间频率对比敏感度阈值也无明显差异(P>0.05)。眩光光晕大小与等效球镜度无相关性(P>0.05),与1.1、2.2、3.4、7.1c/d空间频率对比敏感度阈值均呈负相关(rs=-0.302、-0.308、-0.383、-0.257,均P<0.01)。结论:近视眼眩光光晕大小与近视程度无关,与中、近中空间频率对比敏感度呈负相关。

[Abstract]
AIM: To assess the halo size and contrast sensitivity on different levels of myopia and to analyze their correlation.
METHODS: Screening total 156 myopic patients aged 18 to 39 years old included in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019. There were 49 subjects in high myopia group(SER>-6.00D), 54 in medium myopia group(-3.00DRESULTS: The size of glare halo in high myopia group was 106.27±25.89arc min, and 103.81±31.41arc min in medium myopia group, 102.87±32.24arc min in low myopia group, and there was no significant difference among three groups(F=0.297, P=0.825). There was no significant difference among three groups on contrast sensitivity under any different spatial frequencies(P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed a significant negative relationship between glare halo radius and contrast sensitivity at the c/d of 1.1, 2.2, 3.4, 7.1(rs=-0.302, rs=-0.308, rs=-0.383, rs=-0.257, all P<0.01), and no significant correlation was detected between halo radius and SER(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Glare halo size had no relationship with SE but mid-frequency contrast sensitivity.
